Systems Integration

Nothing comes easier to APP Design than working with healthcare companies to solve their technology problems. We pride ourselves in helping them work out any connectivity issues they might have.

 

APP Design knows precisely how the clinical interfaces of these companies work, seeing as we have put many of them together. We have connected Cerner, Meditech/Iatric, Medquest, and Pyxis, using HL/7 over TCP/IP for various companies, such as ECMC, Quest, Caremark, and others.

 

We have also worked on Hospital/Lab Integration including connecting Cerner using HL/7 over TCP/IP for patient census, patient search, radiology transcriptions, and lab results. Additionally, APP Design connected Quest Diagnostics using HL/7 over TCP/IP for lab orders, results summary, and result detail.

 

APP Design is well versed in Payer Integration, having assisted WNY Healthenet with nightly batches of FTP uploads and the conversion of providers for 8 entities. We have worked with Healthcare Services Corporation sending XML X12 over HTTPS for 270/271 and 276/277 transactions as well.
