In this position Mr. Susz will draw on his 25 years of IT consulting experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 businesses providing information technology solutions that have focused on design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide real-time distributed transaction processing eBusiness applications, to lead the business development, solutions planning, delivery and project management for our clients.

Mr. Susz was a founder and principle in Sterling Software Services. During his 14 years at Sterling, he was responsible product development and building consulting relationships. He has additionally consulted on system architecture, technology life cycle asset management and enterprise solutions in the Financial Services, Securities & Commodities Industries, Healthcare and Education communities. His client’s have included significant transaction processing operations in the SMB and Fortune 2000 markets. Prior to forming Sterling Software Services, Mr. Susz was Information Center Director at O’Connor & Associates, an international private investment firm, now a division of UBS. In addition to his responsibility for developing and supporting proprietary real-time trading systems, he was responsible for strategic planning, initiating development projects, defining project scope, managing, budgeting and allocating staff and systems resources. Due to his technology innovation within the futures market, Mr. Susz has been recognized as a technology leader in futures & electronic trading.
